Terms & Conditions eu9huat – Full Platform Rules for Malaysia

To register and use the eu9huat platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you satisfy all conditions stated below.

• Minimum age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. eu9huat does not accept members under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted only one active eu9huat account at any time. Opening a second or multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration – including your full name as per your identification document, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Acting on your own behalf: You must register and use your eu9huat account for and on behalf of yourself only. Creating an account on behalf of another person, or using another person's account, is strictly prohibited.
• Identity verification (KYC): eu9huat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time – including a copy of your ID, proof of address, or any other documents deemed necessary. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Eu9huat reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. eu9huat's decision in such matters is final. Once an account is opened, members are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account. eu9huat is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the account holder's own negligence.

Eu9huat supports all major deposit and withdrawal methods used by Malaysian players. All financial transactions on eu9huat are processed through fully secure and encrypted channels.

Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect). The minimum deposit is RM 20 for all methods. eu9huat does not charge any fees for deposits, although your eWallet provider may apply their own charges in accordance with their policies.

A first withdrawal from any account may take up to 24 hours for security verification purposes. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on the member's account tier.

Eu9huat reserves the right to request additional verification (KYC documents) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 or more within a 24-hour period. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedure required of all licensed betting platforms. Member cooperation in this process is greatly appreciated and ensures the security of all parties.

Eu9huat offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The general terms applicable to all eu9huat bonuses are as follows.

• Welcome Bonus (150% up to RM 600): Awarded to new members on their first deposit. The required rollover is 18x the deposit amount (not deposit + bonus) within 30 days of the bonus being credited. This bonus applies to all Sports Betting and casino games on eu9huat.

Bet acceptance: All bets are considered accepted and final once you receive confirmation within the eu9huat platform. The odds displayed at the time you click "Confirm Bet" are the odds that will be used to calculate your winnings – no changes are permitted after confirmation, except in cases of proven technical error on eu9huat's part.

Bet suspended or cancelled: If a football match is not completed within 12 hours of its original start time and no official result is announced, all pre-match bets will be fully voided and refunded to your eu9huat account. For in-play bets that were settled before the match was suspended, those results stand as final.

• Bets placed on matches with switched venues (home ground changed to a neutral venue or vice versa) will be voided unless otherwise stated in the match-specific terms.
• For e-sports betting (MPL Malaysia, DOTA 2, Valorant), if a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours, all unsettled bets will be voided and refunded.
• Eu9huat accepts Asian Handicap, Over/Under, 1X2, Correct Score, First Goal Scorer, and various specialist markets depending on the sport and match.
• The minimum bet for all sports markets is RM 5. Maximum bet limits vary depending on the sport, market, and member account tier.

In-Play Betting: eu9huat offers in-play betting on all major sporting events. Odds are updated in real time and can change rapidly. Each in-play bet is confirmed within 5 seconds – if confirmation is not received within this window, the bet is considered unplaced and you will need to place it again if you still wish to do so.

All casino games at eu9huat – including live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, and slots – use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology verified by independent auditing bodies. This ensures that every round, deal, or spin is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including eu9huat itself.

• Live Casino: Live Casino games are operated by real human dealers in a professional studio environment. The outcome of each round is final once the dealer announces it. Any technical disruption during a Live Casino game that prevents the round from being completed will result in bets being returned to the member's account.

• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your eu9huat account settings for an added layer of protection.
• Log out of your eu9huat account after every session, especially when using a shared or public device.

• Threats, harassment, or abusive conduct directed at eu9huat support staff.

Members who wish to close their eu9huat account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any unclaimed balance will be returned to the payment method registered in the member's name, subject to any bonus rollover requirements that may still be active.

Eu9huat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including missed opportunities or profits lost due to technical disruptions beyond eu9huat's control – such as internet outages, third-party service provider failures, or force majeure events.

Eu9huat reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be announced via the eu9huat platform and take effect on the stated date. Continued use of the eu9huat platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Any dispute arising from the use of the eu9huat platform or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation and eu9huat's internal complaints process. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
